These terms are between you and NeonTech Ventures LLC ("Sublyra", "we"), a company registered in the United States. By using sublyra.com or installing the Sublyra Shopify app when it is available, you agree to these terms.
The service
Sublyra helps Shopify merchants manage subscriptions (selling plans, storefront widget, customer portal, retention tools, and related features). The app is intended for stores you own or are authorized to operate.
Website vs app
This website provides product information, comparison tools, waitlist signup, and demo booking. Paid app plans and add-ons are selected inside the Sublyra app after a Shopify install and billed with the Shopify Billing API. We do not accept off-platform charges for app plans on this website.
Billing
Free and Pro plans, trials, and add-ons (when purchased) appear on your Shopify invoice through Shopify Billing. Cancel or change plans from Plan & billing in the app, subject to Shopify's billing rules.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer in violation of law, or use Sublyra for unlawful activity. We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Shopify platform outages are outside our control.
